CIDON brings the design of BLESS Ibiza The Site’s new spaces to life

The company has delivered the ten exclusive COYA suites, restaurant, Pisco Bar and Beach Club, accurately translating Lázaro Rosa-Violán’s design into reality.

CIDON Interior Design & Contract has contributed bringing to life some of the most distinctive spaces at BLESS Ibiza The Site, the new hotel and dining destination overlooking the Mediterranean.

CIDON’s scope included the ten exclusive COYA suites, the COYA Ibiza restaurant, its Pisco Bar and the COYA Beach Club, as well as decorative artworks for the rooms in La Torre, the tallest building within the complex.

The spaces were designed by the studio of Lázaro Rosa-Violán. CIDON undertook the challenge of transforming this creative proposal into fully built and equipped interiors while respecting its identity, proportions and the distinctive character of every piece.

Delivering a design of this nature involves much more than producing and installing furniture. It requires interpreting the specifications, assessing their feasibility, developing technical solutions and coordinating materials, finishes, manufacturing and installation so that the result retains the strength of the original concept.

Design fidelity and the ability to adapt

One of the project’s main challenges was achieving a high degree of correspondence between the original renders and the completed spaces. The Beach Club’s expansive banquette seating, tables, armchairs and numerous bespoke pieces required precise development, manufacturing and coordination.

CIDON also advised the client when certain specifications required revision. In the case of some of the prescribed fabrics, the team prepared an initial selection of alternatives which, following a series of meetings and approval processes, were incorporated into the project.

This ability to propose solutions without compromising the concept made it possible to adapt certain elements to practical requirements relating to use, maintenance and production while preserving the overall integrity of the interior design.

“Our work involved understanding the intention behind the design and protecting it throughout the delivery process. When the original renders are compared with the completed spaces, the level of fidelity achieved is particularly significant.”

Candela López de los Mozos, Project Manager at CIDON

“Behind that correspondence lies an extremely demanding technical, production and logistics process, from developing bespoke pieces and selecting materials to coordinating manufacturing and installation.”

Ismael Pérez, Project Director at CIDON

The COYA universe extends into the guest experience

The ten COYA suites have a distinctive identity that differentiates them from the rest of the hotel. The brand’s concept therefore moves beyond dining and cocktails into the accommodation experience, creating an aesthetic connection between the different spaces.

The intervention continues throughout the restaurant, Pisco Bar and Beach Club through statement furniture and highly recognisable designs. Exceptionally large banquettes, tables, armchairs and pieces developed specifically for the project create a sophisticated and expressive setting connected to the energy of Ibiza.

CIDON also produced 500 decorative artworks for the guest rooms in La Torre. The pieces were developed by CIDON’s team from a visual reference supplied by the studio of Lázaro Rosa-Violán.

The collection consists of two closely related compositions, with 250 units of each, conceived to maintain the project’s visual and decorative consistency.

From creative intention to built space

BLESS Ibiza The Site demonstrates CIDON’s role as a partner capable of supporting highly complex hotel projects from specification through to final delivery.

Its work combines technical expertise, knowledge of materials, sourcing of alternatives, manufacture of bespoke pieces, quality control of finishes and installation coordination. This integrated process transforms an ambitious creative vision into real, functional spaces that remain faithful to their original conception.
