CIDON has carried out the supply of FF&E/OS&E, planning, and logistics coordination as well as the furniture installation for Only YOU Hotel Sevilla.

Only YOU Hotels, the premium lifestyle brand of Palladium Hotel Group, opened its new 5-star hotel in the Andalusian capital in 2024, joining the two hotels in Madrid, as well as those in Valencia and Málaga. Only YOU Hotel Sevilla is the complete renovation of the former Ayre Hotel Sevilla, located across from the Santa Justa train station. It consists of 209 rooms, spread over 8 floors across 15,000 square meters. The furniture and design of all rooms and common areas are by the prestigious studio of Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
At Only YOU Hotel Sevilla, CIDON has worked with remarkable logistics agility, utilizing the best suppliers from Spain, India, and other regions. The exceptional quality of these suppliers, along with the best brands of furniture and fabrics specified in the project, stands out.
This is CIDON‘s first project for the Only YOU Hotels brand, following their work as contractors in the supply, equipment, logistics, and installation of the Palladium Hotel Group hotels, Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa and TRS Ibiza Hotel, with 469 and 378 rooms respectively.
In this project, the CIDON team was led by Marta Galicia as project manager, Raquel Vallejo in the role of Control Manager, and Aquilino Parra and Ezequiel Ferreras as assembly and installation managers.
