HILTON GARDEN INN CASABLANCA ASSIGNS ITS INTERIOR DESIGN TO CIDON

CIDON Interior Design & Contract studio, experts in interior architecture and decoration, as well as in FF&E and OS&E management for the hotel sector, has been contracted for the integral development of the furniture and equipment of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel Casablanca, Morocco.

The investor and project manager is the Sadiki Group, a family business that operates in a wide range of sectors in the neighboring country.
The studio of the architects Asmaa Benzouina and Jawad El Mesmoudi, SensArchi, accompanied the Property from its initial contacts with Hilton, taking care of the architectural project in all its phases, as well as the complete interior design project. They were also involved in the AnfaPlace Living Resort project, one of the most prestigious in Casablanca.

CIDON, in this case has acted in contracting the FF&E collaborating at all times according to the project and the management of SensArchi, the Moroccan studio.

The two companies agreed to work for Hilton Garden Inn and Grand Hilton hotels in Tangier.
Located in Casablanca’s new Sidi Ma’rouf Business Park, on the way to the airport, and aimed for a business audience, this new hotel consists of 155 rooms, of which 94 are king format, 52 twin and 9 suites. In its construction and interior design, top quality materials have been used, in order to provide this unique spot with the greatest comfort for its guests.

The opening of this hotel responds to the plans of expansion of the hotel chain in this region, of special strategic interest for the great prominence of Casablanca in the face of the different markets of West Africa and its communication with Europe.

The hotel will have an extensive offer for those customers related to the business sector, and will have large meeting rooms with state-of-the-art technological and audiovisual equipment.
The Hilton Garden Inn Sidi Ma’rouf will begin welcoming its first guests in late 2020.
