We transformed a building with strong urban heritage into a contemporary hospitality experience with warmth and identity. The main challenge was reinterpreting a former institutional building in Seville’s historic centre, balancing hotel functionality, spatial storytelling and a meaningful connection to the local cultural context. The design proposal is articulated through a timeless aesthetic, carefully curated materiality and a chromatic narrative inspired by the connection between Seville and Guipúzcoa, turning every guest journey into a coherent and memorable experience.
