CIDON PARTICIPATES IN THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE LEGENDARY WESTIN PALACE HOTEL IN MADRID

CIDON Interior Design & Contract, experts in interior architecture and decoration, as well as FF&E and OS&E equipment management for the hotel sector, is pleased to announce its participation in the renovation of the iconic hotel The Westin Palace in Madrid.

CIDON announces its participation as FF&E and OS&E Procurement Agent in the comprehensive refurbishment of the iconic Palace Hotel in Madrid. The hotel is owned by Archer Hotel Capital, participated by the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC and the Dutch pension fund APG, and is located in Madrid’s Plaza de Neptuno; it has 470 rooms and 42 suites.

The refurbishment project will be developed in two phases and will count on the experience of Arcadis as Project Manager, Ruiz-Larrea as architectural team and Lázaro Rosa Violán Studio in the interior design. The CIDON team involved in this project is made up of Águeda Cardeñoso, Candela López de los Mozos, Raquel Vallejo.

The comprehensive renovation of the Palace Hotel aims to position it as one of the most outstanding luxury destinations in the city.
