A refurbishment of two hotels located next to Cala Gració in Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza. After the refurbishment, both buildings become a single 5-star adults only hotel called TRS Ibiza. It belongs to the Palladium hotel chain, making it the only one of its characteristics in Europe.
One of the buildings, Tanit, has 7 floors, a total of 330 rooms, two restaurants, Spa, gym, terraces with bar and swimming pool. The other building, Cala Gració, has 2 floors, a total of 50 rooms, a restaurant and terraces with swimming pool. The complex has also a barbecue area.
